How to Install Raizes Libraries
1. Download Raizes Player
Log into your account and download Raizes Player by clicking the icon that matches your operating system (Mac, Windows or Linux).
2. Install the Player
Run the downloaded file and follow the on-screen prompts to install Raizes Player on your computer.
3. First-Time Setup
Launch Raizes Player. If this is your first time using the app, you will be prompted to choose a destination folder for your instrument samples. You can select an external hard drive if you prefer to save space on your computer.
4. Browse Instruments
Click on the Browse Instruments button.
5. Sync Your Account
Click the Refresh button so your most recent purchases appear in the list.
6. Install your libraries
Click Install and wait for the process to finish entirely.
Quick Troubleshooting
Stay Active: Please keep the application window open while the download is in progress to ensure it completes successfully.
Queueing: To avoid errors, please install your instruments one at a time.
Installation Failed? Double-check that you have sufficient disk space and the correct write permissions for the installation folder you selected during the first-time setup.
