End user license agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and ZAK Sound for the use of the downloadable products, including virtual instruments, kontakt libraries, and sample packs (the “Products”). By downloading and using the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for commercial and non-commercial use. You are not allowed to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Products.
Rights and Limitations
The Products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted only the rights explicitly granted in this EULA. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Products, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by law.
Copyright
The Products are owned by ZAK Sound and are protected by copyright laws. You acknowledge that no title or ownership in the Products is being transferred or assigned and that ZAK Sound retains full and complete title to the Products as well as all intellectual property rights.
