- ZAK Sound authorizes you to install and use copies of the software on your computer under an official license.
- This license is valid to be used for educational and artistic as well as commercial purposes.
- You are not allowed to distribute copies of the software to third parties.
- You cannot sell, rent, lease, or loan this software.
- You are also not authorized to reverse engineer this software.
- The use of the samples for the creation of a sound library, plugin, sample pack, or for any sample-based product is strictly prohibited.
- You can use the individual sounds for creating effects/sounds in songs, TV, movies, commercials, or video games. But you cannot use the individual samples to sell on a marketplace or make another library/virtual instrument/sample pack.
